Well I did it.. I got rid of my Greeley! I am so heart broken! It was the hardiest thing I've had to do! I just could not handle the doggie diapers anymore. I hope and pray that the young lady that took her is going take good care of her and LOVE her as much as I do! It's a Sad, Sad night!
So sorry to hear this. I totally understand, thought. Bathroom issues with a pet are the absolute worst and you have to do what is right for everyone in the situation despite how hard it is. You made the right choice. Hugs.
ReplyDeleteawww Mon i am so sorry! Sometimes a dog just isnt a right fit for a family. My daughter gave away one of her dogs yesterday. He kept running away. She kept the little Yorkie because she is easier to handle. I was sad even though he was a pain in the ass. Maybe his new owner will have better luck with him. It will be the same with Greeley. You tried thats all you can do. I am sure she will be loved plenty. You did the right thing. xoxo

ReplyDeleteAwe! I have been in this same situation. We had a poodle, who I loved soo much! We had him for 4 years and when I had Zane he started peeing everywhere! I was so caught up with having a new baby I couldn't deal with him anymore so I gave him away. I still miss that pooch! Now I have Willow, our Chihuahua, and still potty training her, but we have only had her a year. It will be okay girl. Greeley will be fine and be loved just as much!
ReplyDeleteI know this was soo hard for you. I'm thinking about you. Some people won't understand being upset about a pet ... but believe me I understand how you much be feeling. You made a difficult decision ... but you did the right thing and that young lady will do a great job and will definitely love her.
